The Association's Legal and Dispute Resolution Unit provides the following legal and dispute resolution services to members and non-members:

• Representation at adjudications and arbitrations in construction contract disputes,
• Representation for contractors at NHBRC,
• Representation for Employers for Labour Matters at Con/Arb proceedings at the CCMA, Arbitration representation at CCMA, chair and conduct disciplinary hearings and retrenchments, and
• Dispute resolution services
