Aneesa Khan graduated with a BCom Honours degree in Accounting from the University Of KwaZulu-Natal in 2005. She then completed her Articles at KMPG and PKF, where she was involved in statutory audits of companies in the automotive, retail and manufacturing industries, amongst others. |

ERNEST ROPER - MEMBERSHIP SERVICES MANAGER Ernest worked for PostNet Southern Africa for 12 years where he gained a wealth of management experience. He has run his own IT Hardware supply and support business and was the managing partner in an online business that promoted adventure activity throughout the country. He joined Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal in 2009 and is the Association's Membership Services Manager, he also heads up the Association's marketing department. |

NEIL ENSLIN - OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY MANAGER Neil Enslin is the Health and Safety Manager for Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal and has served the Association for more than 11 years. He started his working career with Mondi Kraft in 1994 and completed his N4 Paper achieving qualification. In 2000, he changed his focus to Safety Risk Management and later qualified as an Occupational Health and Safety Risk Management Officer. He obtained his National Diploma in Safety Management in 2005 through UNISA and is a registered Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent with SACPCMP, Chartered Member with SAQA and Certified Occupational Health and Safety Professional member of Saiosh. When it comes to Construction Health in Safety in South Africa, Neil is widely regarded as the industry's leading expert. |

VICTOR SMITH - TRAINING MANAGER Victor Smith was educated in Durban and after completing his teacher education, he taught at schools in both Johannesburg and Durban. After sixteen years as an educator, Victor joined a private training provider. |

VISHANE PRAMRAJH - EMPLOYEE BENEFITS MANAGER Vishane Pramrajh joined Master Builders KwaZulu-Natal in 2013 as the Association’s Employee Benefits Manager. He holds a National Certificate in Wealth Management, a RE1 FAIS Representative Certificate and has been in the Financial Services industry since 2000 after having begun his career with the Fedsure Group. |

MANDISA KHUMALO - SPECIAL PROJECTS MANAGER Mandisa was born in Durban, after matriculation she studied Financial Management at eThekwini FET College and then was employed by a Training Organisation as Office Support. She furthered her studies in Pastel Accounting and Bookkeeping at UniSchool which is part of Howard College. She joined the Association in 2010. Mandisa is responsible for the Association's Emerging contractor programme, Bursary fund and Vuka Makhi programme. |

PRISHANA DATADIN - HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER Prishana Datadin graduated with a Master of Commerce Degree (MCom) in 2015. She is currently studying a Doctor of Philosophy Degree (PhD) which will be complete in 2019. Prishana’s experience includes working for a Private Higher Educational Institute and a Marine/ Engineering company within Human Resources and Training/ Development field.p. |

SHELLY KUPFERMAN - ADMINISTRATION MANAGER Upon Completion of high school, Shelly achieved a National Secretarial Certificate as well as a Fitness & Nutrition Diploma. She began work life as a tracing agent at ASAP Tracing in Newcastle, before Joining Hudson & Knight Unilever, where she worked as a personal assistant for three years, before leaving to travel the USA. |

HANS STOLS - SOUTH COAST AREA MANAGER Hans grew up in Klerksdorp before his family relocated to Harrismith when he was 13. After matriculating, he began his career in the nearby town of Bethlehem, where worked for the South African Railways. Hans displayed a natural enthusiasm for learning and completed several courses. He quickly rose through the ranks, resigning 13 years later as a district track manager. |

TASVIR MATAI - DURBAN AREA MANAGER Tasvir started his career in the construction industry in 2005. He completed his SHEMTRAC course in 2010 and obtained his registration as a Construction Health and Safety Manager with SACPCMP. He started out at Edstan Construction and moved over to Stefanutti Stocks where he did most of his training. He joined the team at the Association in 2016 where he served as a Health and Safety Officer, before successfully applying to the post of Durban Area Manager.

PAULA LEAH - ZULULAND AREA MANAGER Paula grew up in Richards Bay and began her working career with a small local construction company called General Plant Services. From 1992 she worked as a marketing consultant for stationery supplier Waltons, before in 1999, joining security company Chubb Guarding as their Richards Bay branch manager. In 2005 she moved over to labour hire firm New Adventure Hire, where she headed up their Human Recourses department. |

KEMASHREE FRAAI - PRINT STUDIO MANAGER Kemashree Fraai studied at the Centre for Fine Art Animation & Design Private college where she qualified as a Graphic Designer in 2003. She made her break into the Print industry in 2004 as a Graphic Designer in a Retail Stationery & Print Shop. In 2012 she was given the opportunity to Manage the Retail Store, where she acquired certificates in Colour Management, Customer Service and Time Management. In 2016 she joined Master Builder Print Studio as a Graphic Designer and later was promoted to Print Studio Manager. During her employ at Master Builders she has obtained certificates in Supervisory Skills and Basic Excel. |

LIEZEL ROBERTS - CONFERENCE & CAFÉ INDABA MANAGER From having worked extensively in South Africa and abroad, Liezel has many years of experience in the hospitality and conferencing industries. Her involvement extends to both front of house and back of house and during her years of working as a professional chef, Liezel gained a wealth culinary experience. |

ELISHYA ABBU - OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH CLINIC MANAGER Elishya joined the Association in 2008. She worked in the associations exhibition centre and then after a year moved to the Occupational Health and Safety department. She has since then completed Samtrac (entry level safety management training course) and is currently studying through UNISA (Programme in Safety Management). Elishya hopes to further her education by completing the National Diploma in Safety Management through UNISA. She is also a member of Saiosh ( South African Institute of Safety & Health) since 2010. |
